Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield.
You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for a fun, high energy experience.
This class has live drumming with Susannah Hay.
