Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director, Jenny Bloomfield, and accompanied with live drumming by Simon Elwell of Djembe NZ & the Kubatana crew. You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for a fun, high energy experience, followed by a relaxing stretch!

~We are limiting numbers to allow social distancing..
~Please do not book for class or attend class if you are at all unwell!
~Remember to scan in and sanitize hands at the building entrance.
~You are required to wear a mask entering the building, and at any time you may need to step out of the dance studio and enter any other area of the building.
~Mask use during our class is not necessary, as with going to the gym, but all personal choices are welcome and supported.
~Please be conscious to maintain a a bubble of space around you as you move.
