Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield. Get back to basics and immerse yourself fully in the movement in this welcoming inclusive class. This class is meant to be a chance to delve into the movements and embody them and take as much time as the group needs to really get into it. If the group is ready for more we will do more, all levels are welcome.
You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for a fun, high energy experience, ending in a relaxing stretch.
This class has live drumming with Susannah Hay!
