Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield. Get back to basics and immerse yourself fully in the movement in this welcoming inclusive class.
You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for a fun, high energy experience, ending in a relaxing stretch.
This class usually has live drumming with one drummer accompanist, however during the month of January this could be recorded music with much of the crew still on holiday, TBC.
