Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield. Get back to basics and immerse yourself fully in the movement.
You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for a fun, high energy experience.
This class has live drumming with Susannah Hay and Simon Elwell alternating weeks as our resident musicians!
