ALL ARE WELCOME in this inclusive community class, no experience necessary.
Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield and accompanied with live drumming by Simon Elwell, Susannah Hay, and the drummers of Kubatana and Djembe NZ.
You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for an interactive high energy experience, followed by a relaxing stretch. The sessions may incorporate some concepts from Dance Movement Therapy which Jenny has just completed her diploma in with DTNZ.
You will leave feeling great, with a smile on your face!

COVID CONSIDERATIONS:
Please email jenny@moringadancers.co.nz or DM Moringa Dancers to book to ensure we can keep a well spaced room for those who would like to socially distance.
Mask use is encouraged at Te Whaea, in all common areas, and optional in our dance studio.
Please be mindful to keep a bubble of space around yourself as you dance.
Please look out for an email on the day of class with important information in case I need to contact you on the day with any policy changes or venue changes related to COVID.
