ALL ARE WELCOME in this inclusive community class, no experience necessary.
Shake, shimmy and groove to the soulful rhythms of Africa, led by Moringa Dance director Jenny Bloomfield and accompanied with live drumming by Simon Elwell & the drummers of African Beats NZ. You will be guided through a warm up, learn some choreography, then put it together with the music for an interactive high energy experience, followed by a relaxing stretch. The sessions may incorporate some concepts from Dance Movement Therapy which Jenny is currently studying with DTNZ.
You will leave feeling great, with a smile on your face!

COVID CONSIDERATIONS:
Please book for class by emailing jenny@moringadancers.co.nz or DM Moringa Dancers to ensure we can have a well spaced class.
Mask use is encouraged at Te Whaea in all common areas, and optional in our dance studio.
Please stay home if you are at all unwell!
We are limiting numbers to allow for social distancing as we move.
