Koffie also has produced an album of his original music and directs Kadodo Music cultural performance group in Ghana. Drum with Siddharth Pagad
Kra Koto Kra
Sidharth Pagad is founder and co-director of Kra KoTo Kra. Initially a performance group, Kra KoTo Kra has grown to become a company, providing performances, classes and workshops in West African style drum and dance in a variety of contexts. Having qualified and worked as a music therapist for a number of years, Sid is now more involved in community music these days. He teaches weekly classes and tries to fill up his calendar with as many one-off workshop and performance opportunities as can be managed.
While he can sometimes be a bit of a technique nerd, Sidharth strives to make classes and workshops as fun and engaging as possible, while sharing the knowledge in as straight-forward a format as he can.
Sid is also a good friend and Kubatana alumni and we are really looking forward to having him, his infectious energy and mad drumming skills in the mix at camp!!!
