We would love to see you there!!

Imagine yourself drumming dancing and singing the weekend away, having little breaks in nature, jumping in the river, enjoying our warm and welcoming community!

In a stunning valley with a river to swim in, enjoy music, dance and community and immerse yourself in the rhythms of West Africa!

Delve into the source drumming, dancing and singing with Koffie!
Robert Koffie Fugah - Kadodo Music is from the Volta Region of Ghana and grew up immersed in drumming, singing and dance.
He is passionate about his art and has deep joy in sharing it. It is in his blood! A skilled tutor who can balance the needs of beginners while challenging those who are ready for more, Koffie has been a mentor to many of us and we love to give back by hosting him for this camp! After many years teaching at the Ghana International School, he has now been in NZ based in Dunedin for a decade and has created a beautiful community around NZ who learn and collaborate with him, as well as becoming popular on the NZ festival scene, offering workshops at festivals and schools all around the country. Koffie also has produced an album of his original music and directs Kadodo Music cultural performance group in Ghana. Koffie is an Occupational Therapist in NZ now too, finding innovative ways to use the power of music to uplift people! He runs a bi-annual tour to Ghana and you can join us Jan 2-23, 2026! Koffie has epic amounts of positive energy to share and
we can't wait to drum and dance with him again!
